Oldenkott is a historic tobacco and pipe-making dynasty founded in the 18th century. The company produced pipes under the Oldenkott brand from the 1920s onwards, with a significant presence in the German market. In 1972, the company was bought by Niemeyer and continued to produce pipes until 1987 when it was bought back by the Kersten family. In 2012, the marks were acquired by Alexander Straehnz and the Oldenkott brand was revived with Italian-made pipes. **GRADING & MARKS**
