You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are 21 or older and that your purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where this representation appears to be false.
Faridunhill sells estate, vintage, and collectible pipes and related collectible accessories. All items are sold as collectible and display pieces. Items are pre-owned antiques and collectibles unless expressly stated otherwise, and are sold in as-described condition. We make no representation regarding fitness of any item for any particular use.
Identification and dating of items reflect our informed expert opinion based on the item's markings, construction, and our reference archive, with any stated confidence qualifiers. Our descriptions are not a certification, formal appraisal, guarantee of authenticity, or investment advice. Buyers are encouraged to review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchase; condition and authenticity are ultimately the buyer's to verify upon receipt, within the return window described in our Returns Policy.
All items are one-of-a-kind. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is captured. If an item was sold on another channel before your order could be confirmed, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
All photographs, descriptions, reference material, and other content on this Site are the property of Faridunhill LLC and may not be copied, scraped, or reused without written permission. Every photograph is our own original work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faridunhill's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
