Shipping Policy

1.Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. Each pipe is inspected and packed individually; collectible items are never rushed out the door at the expense of safe packing.

2.Packing Standard

Every pipe ships in protective wrapping with rigid outer packaging suitable for a fragile collectible. Stems are protected separately where appropriate. Items above a stated value threshold ship with carrier insurance and signature confirmation.

3.Domestic Shipping (United States)

• ·Carrier: USPS or UPS, tracked.
• ·Tracking number provided by email once the label is created.
• ·Typical transit time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

4.International Shipping

• ·Available to select countries; shipping cost calculated at checkout.
• ·Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their country.
• ·Buyers are responsible for confirming that importation of the item is lawful in their country. Orders to destinations where the item cannot lawfully be imported will be cancelled and refunded.
• ·International transit times vary and customs delays are outside our control.

5.Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and all packaging. Keep the packaging — it is required for the carrier insurance claim. If a tracked shipment is lost in transit, we will file the carrier claim and either refund you or, where possible, agree on a resolution. You will not be left carrying the carrier's failure.
