Returns & Refunds Policy

1.Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number before shipping anything back.

2.Condition Requirement

Because our items are one-of-a-kind collectibles, a returned item must arrive back in exactly the condition in which it was sold — undamaged, unaltered, uncleaned, and unused, with all included accessories (boxes, sleeves, bands, papers) intact. Items returned in changed condition may be refused or subject to a deduction.

3.Not as Described

If an item is materially not as described — a flaw we failed to disclose, an incorrect identification — we will make it right: full refund including original shipping, and we cover return shipping. Our descriptions are detailed precisely so this situation stays rare, but when the error is ours, the cost is ours.

4.Change of Mind

For returns that are not our error, the item price is refunded once the piece arrives back in original condition. Original and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend tracked, insured return shipping — the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

5.Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6.Non-Returnable Situations

  • ·Items altered, repaired, refinished, or used after delivery.
  • ·Items returned without prior contact and an order number.
  • ·Items returned outside the 14-day window, absent a not-as-described claim raised in time.
