About this Piece

A volcano bowl is broad at its base and narrows toward the rim. This bowl is 42 mm wide and 36 mm high. The finish is smooth and glossy, and grain lines show on the bowl and the shank. The saddle stem carries its wide section at the shank before the thinner bit, and a mark on the side of the saddle cannot be read in the photographs.
