Don Regular Smooth Bent Spherical Pipe, Made in Denmark, 9mm Filter, Chubby Vulcanite Fishtail Stem

DON over REGULAR is stamped on the left side of the shank of this pipe, and MADE IN DENMARK over the number 25 on the right side. It is a smooth bent pipe with a round, spherical bowl and a chubby black vulcanite stem that ends in a fishtail bit. The pipe is made for a 9 mm filter.

Condition: pre-smoked, in very good condition, with a tiny bite mark on the mouthpiece.

- MADE IN DENMARK over 25, on the right side of the shank

THE MAKER
The stamps read DON REGULAR and name the country, Denmark. No history of the maker behind the Don name is given here.

THE SHAPE AND THE STEM
Here the bowl is round, close to a ball. The shank leaves the bowl and meets a thick, chubby vulcanite stem, which bends down so the pipe hangs from the mouth. The stem ends in a fishtail bit, flat and widening at the end. With the stem out of the shank, the filter tenon can be seen in the photographs.

THE FINISH
The bowl and the shank are smooth. The stamps sit on both sides of the shank, between the bowl and the stem.
