About this Piece
DARVIL, set around a small emblem, with SWEET SMOKE below it, is stamped into the metal cup.
This is a Darvil pipe with a straight-sided bowl set into a metal cup. A ribbed metal shank runs from the cup to a mouthpiece that comes off at a threaded metal fitting.
THE MARKS
- DARVIL on the metal cup, around a small emblem
- SWEET SMOKE below it on the metal cup
- FOREIGN MADE on the metal collar where the shank leaves the cup
Here the bowl is an upright cylinder with straight sides and an open top, and the shank is made of metal with raised ribs along its length. The finish is smooth.
No date is given for this pipe.
