Real Briar Rusticated Pear Churchwarden Pipe - 275mm, Acrylic Stem, Unsmoked

This rusticated churchwarden is stamped CHURCHWARDEN over REAL BRIAR and has a long black acrylic tapered stem with a fishtail bit. Farid describes the bowl as pear-shaped and records the pipe as unsmoked, with a tiny dent on the stem. The measured overall length is 275mm, or 10.83 inches, corresponding to the approximate 11-inch description in his note.

The churchwarden form is defined here by the stem's extended reach in relation to the compact bowl. Its profile has a gentle curve, while the bowl has a rounded lower section and narrower upper outline. Deep grooves and raised ridges cover the brown bowl and continue along much of the shank. The photographs contrast that textured surface with the smooth black stem and the light-colored collar at the junction.

The stem tapers over much of its length toward the fishtail mouthpiece. A detached-stem view documents the metal fitting at the tenon. Farid records no filter. Unsmoked, with a tiny dent on the stem, as disclosed by Farid. The dent remains part of the condition description.
