Barontini De Luxe Smooth Estate Pipe with Vulcanite Tapered Stem, Fishtail Bit and 9mm Filter

Barontini, written as a signature on the briar, and DE LUXE stamped in capital letters: this is a Barontini De Luxe, a smooth estate pipe with a vulcanite tapered stem, a fishtail bit and a 9mm filter.

The marks on this pipe are the whole story the photographs can tell. The name Barontini appears in a flowing script, the way a signature is written, and DE LUXE is stamped in capital letters. A thin band joins the shank to the stem.

THE MARKS
- Barontini, in script, on the briar
- DE LUXE stamped in capital letters

The stem is vulcanite and tapers toward the bit, which ends in a fishtail that spreads the draw across the tongue. The pipe takes a 9mm filter. The finish is smooth; please see the photographs for the grain and the shape of the bowl.

Condition: pre-smoked, in good to fair condition, with rim darkness, faint scratches around the briar and a very tiny dent on the mouthpiece. Please see the photographs.
