Italian Estates: Brebbia Bjarne Design Smooth Bent Freehand Pipe. Condition is “Used”. Shipped with USPS First Class.
The legendary “Ambassador of Pipes”, Bjarne Nielsen, apparently designed this Smooth Bent Freehand during the 1970s, a prolific decade for the Freehand design. It also carries his penchant for streamlining. With a flattened heel and ultra smooth bowl, this example is uncommonly Minimalist for a freehand. The serpentine roll of the shank extends upwards to a nickle banded mount, joined together with the pipe’s main accent: a brass nut–an unusual but bold move.
