Peterson’s Killarney offers an old-school type of finish, similar to the deep reds that were extremely common on smooth briars previous to contrast stains becoming popularized — think Dunhill’s Bruyere, which was that marque’s very first finish. Plenty of smooth red here, complementing this bent Billiard shape well.
