Description
English Estates: Dunhill Shell Briar (FE) (F/T) (4) (S) (1967) Pipe. Condition is “Used”. Shipped with USPS First Class.
Presmoked in good condition, rim darkness and uneven due to sanding and cleaning, the inside chamber is over reamed, and the all crack is gone.
The Prince is one of my favorite shapes. It’s also one of those defined, simply, by the perfect arrangement of proportions between bowl, shank, and stem. Dunhill’s rendition of the shape has always been one of the most regal, to my eye, and this understated Shell Briar rendition presents a fine rendition of the old form. It’s a firm sitter, and the condition is not bad at all, with just some tooth marks and a little bit of rim darkening.
please consider the photos as item description, all my list will sold as it is.
